the main park along the shore in stonetown is busy every night with vendors. especially so when we were there for the muslim holy days. it was quite a festival.
ReplyDeletei took quite a few photos of the food vendors. it made a great image with the smoke from the stoves, the lanterns and the huge spread of skewered foods. i had a number of photos that better showed the food, octopus limbs, endless lines of kebabs, etc. but this one won even though you couldn't see the food because it had the best atmosphere.
