ok, i'm going to start trying to take some pictures again.
ReplyDeletethis is the wall of the electoral commission compound. the full length of the wall is painted with these sayings and murals. makes for a good background. which means you'd just have to sit there and wait for something cool to happen in front of it.
unfortunately, it's on one of the busier roads in kampala, so it doesn't make for a nice place to sit and wait.
