before the match, sunday afternoon soccer on the pitch at MUBS. makerere university business school. this is just a 5 minute run from our house, and in fact you can easily see the pitch from our patio.
ReplyDeletethe manchester united vs arsenal match started a 7pm so attendance was less than normal this week. nearly 100% of ugandans support either man u or arsenal.
i was going to get a shot of the kids hanging on the goal when i saw someone with the ball setting up a pass to 05. i had a second or two to think about whether i wanted the background or 05 to be in focus when he got the ball. i chose bkgd, and i wish i had a second chance. not because i don't like the result, but it would be nice to compare.
