mia and pink car, before bin laden took it

    mia was a great model - total opposite of bin laden - even though she did pay more attention to the camera then i wanted. late in the day after we'd been around each other for a while i got a photo of her not paying attention to me.

    this is some of my favorite composition, wide angle with the subject right up close and the background a bit fuzzy. it's hard to get this out in the real world because you have to be so close to your subject - i'm like 8 inches away from her hand.

    more practice and more patience i guess. figuring out how to get a big lens right next to what you want to photograph.
