ishasha is i think the one place in uganda with topi so this was our first time seeing them. their mahogany color, dark knickers and tan ankles make for a really striking look. and they have the low hindquarters like a wildebeast, which we don't have here.
ReplyDeletei really liked the background and the fact that this one was by himself, and i waited a while hoping that he would come out of the shade so i could get more of his color. but we were on our way to find lions, so i couldn't wait long. and now i kind of like how dark he is against the late sun-lit landscape.
