5 feet away from your subject at 200mm and f/2.8 makes for a lot of blur in the image. makes our chameleon look a little more like he's emerging from the jungle as opposed to just hanging out in a bush.
it has taken up residence in the bush and has been there for over a week (they don't move so fast) so i'm hoping he sticks around. plenty photogenic.
paige and i leave for a week in queen elizabeth national park tomorrow. i'm not making any promises, but i'm hoping to get up close to the tree-climbing lions, so be on the lookout for pics early next week.
