outdoor sculpture, stockholm modern museum

    i liked this sculpture and it was a nice overcast day to get the detail of its lights and darks without too many harsh shadows. but there wasn't a plain background to shoot against, so i shot at f/2 to blur it a bit. the downside is that the sculpture isn't as sharp as i would like, but i think it comes out ok.

    i toned down the color saturation 40% because the building in the background is pretty yellow and the color overpowered the sculpture. at nearly black & white, the sculpture takes over the image a little better.

    highly recommend the modern museum in stockholm. not too big, but a great selection. besides, too much modern art can can be...too much.
