pretty self-explanatory picture here. instead of moving in to the regular recovery rooms after delivery (which are smaller and have smaller bathrooms with smaller tubs, etc.) we got to go to an open antenatal room. (where high-risk pregnancies go for long hospital stays before delivery). our nurse chanda was pretty excited about it, so she may have pulled some strings to get us in there, though i'm sure she'd never admit it.
